‘Same Glue (I.Sleptt.In Remix)’

Transmission Suite’s “Same Glue” takes on a new identity with a remix from emerging producer I.Sleptt.In.

Building on the original’s mix of 80s electronica, indie-dance and synth-driven energy, I.Sleptt.In brings his own blend of UK garage, progressive house, ambience and breakbeat to the track, giving “Same Glue” a fresh electronic edge.

I.Sleptt.In began making music at just 13, creating grime instrumentals and recording tracks from his bedroom using Reason and FL Studio. After discovering UK garage and later exploring a wider range of electronic music at university, he developed a sound influenced by artists including Overmono, Swimming Paul, Jamie xx and Fred again..

His debut EP, I'm Not Lost, is available now, while his music has already been featured three times on BBC Introducing Scotland this year.

The remix brings together Transmission Suite’s analogue-inspired sound with a contemporary UK electronic approach, taking “Same Glue” in a new direction while retaining the energy and atmosphere of the original.

About Transmission Suite

Transmission Suite are a four-piece from Stirling blending 80s electronica, synthwave and 90s indie-dance influences. They have built their reputation through their live shows, sharing stages with A Flock of Seagulls, Northside and Men Without Hats.

Their original version of “Same Glue” was recorded using vintage analogue equipment at Green Door Studio in Glasgow, combining a Roland TR-707, Juno 106 and guitars processed through a Roland Dimension D.

Now, I.Sleptt.In takes the track somewhere new.
